PECAN PUFF (Lady fingers) 
1 1/4 sticks butter
5 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. plain flour
1 c. (ground) pecans
2 tbsp. water

Cream butter and sugar. Add water and vanilla. Blend flour and nuts. Bake at 325-350 degrees until light brown, about 15-20 minutes. Roll in confectioners' sugar. Easy fancy cookie.
