CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cans of milk
1/2 can cooking sherry
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain wild rice and seasoning
4 boneless chicken breasts (cut in half)

Pour rice uncooked on bottom of 9 x 13 greased pan. (Do not use butter-rice will stick.) Sprinkle seasoning packet over rice. Combine all soups together. Pour small amount of soup mixture on top of rice. Pour the remaining soup on top of chicken. Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Makes 8 servings.
