CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice prepared as package directs
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
6 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
1 can chop suey vegetables
1/2 to 1 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 cans cream of celery soup, undiluted (cream of chicken or cream of mushroom, if desired)

Mix all ingredients well and bake in a large casserole dish at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Stir occasionally while baking.
