CHICKEN - RICE CASSEROLE 
3 c. (or more) cooked diced chicken
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain & wild rice, cooked
1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 med. onion
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 jar chopped pimentos
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients into 3 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Freezes well. Freeze before baking.
