CHICKEN-RICE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. cooked, diced chicken
3/4 c. diced celery
1 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. diced onion
2 tbsp. milk
3/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers

Mix all ingredients together, except crackers. Spread in lightly buttered 2 quart casserole dish. Cover with crushed Ritz crackers, dot with butter. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
