CHICKEN ALMONDINE 
1-2 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 box Kroger's long grain & wild rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2-3 tbsp. sliced almonds
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
Bread crumbs

Cook rice according to package directions. Mix rice, chicken, soup and almonds and put in 9"x13" pan. Top with grated cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
