BROCCOLI BACON QUICHE 
1 (9-inch) frozen pie shell
4 slices bacon
4 eggs
1 c. half & half
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
2 c. broccoli floweretes
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. lemon or cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook bacon until crisp. Set aside. Beat eggs with cheese. Stir in broccoli, salt, garlic and pepper. Crumble bacon. Stir 1/2 of crumbled bacon into egg mixture. Pour mixture into a 9-inch pie shell.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Top with remaining bacon.
