MARINATED MUSHROOMS | |
1 lb. fresh mushrooms 1 sm. clove garlic, cut in half 1 lg. onion, sliced 1 bottle Italian salad dressing Wash mushrooms and cook in a small amount of boiling water until just tender, 5 to 10 minutes. Drain; while mushrooms are still warm, mix in other ingredients. Marinate in refrigerator overnight, but remove garlic when mushrooms are flavored to taste. Keep in a covered container. |
