PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
5-6 med. baking potatoes
1 med. onion, sliced for rings
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 pork chops

Peel potatoes, slice and place in lightly buttered baking dish. Place onion rings over potatoes and add bell pepper. Spread soup over vegetables and add milk, salt and pepper. Season pork chops and place on top of mixture in dish. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Thick chops should be turned to assure thorough cooking. Serves 8.
