PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
5-8 center cut pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Potatoes, sliced
Salt
Pepper

Brown pork chops in butter. Then place potatoes on top of pork chops in skillet (electric skillet or on top of stove). Then add cream of mushroom soup. Cook on low and cover for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
