CHATEAUBRIAND 
Sirloin steak, 2" thick
1 c. tomato sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1-2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. parsley
1/2-1 c. burgundy wine

Combine all ingredients except steak and wine, stirring until it comes to a slow boil. Simmer 5 minutes. Set aside until ready to use. Add wine. Brush meat with sauce. Cook on grill. Continue to baste meat until done to taste. Serves 4.
