BAKED APPLES 
6 baking apples, cored
3 tbsp. sugar
6 tsp. butter
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. water

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place baking apples in 12 x 8 inch or 9 inch baking dish. Place 1/2 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon butter in cavity of each apple. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until apples are tender. In small bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and water. Spoon over baked apples; continue baking 10 minutes. Serve warm or cool. 6 servings.

I made this tonight for are snack and it was very good the whole family loved it. I served it with vanilla ice cream on top and cool whip and if you don't want the skin on they peel right off when they are cooking. I give this a 10. I really like Cooks.com. I go there alot. Thanks for the help.
