MOM'S PINEAPPLE CARROT BREAD | |
3 eggs 2 c. sugar 1 c. oil 2 c. shredded carrots 2 c. crushed pineapple, drained 3 c. flour 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 c. nuts 2 tsp. vanilla Mix dry ingredients. Add rest of ingredients. Pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325 degrees. |
