ADAM'S CAMPSITE CHILL 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 qt. canned tomatoes
1 pt. tomato juice
1 lb. 13 oz. can Brooks chili beans
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. celery, chopped
2 tsp. fat
1 c. barbecue sauce
2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder, optional

Brown ground chuck in melted fat, add seasonings. Add chopped onions and celery, saute until partially tender. Add barbecue sauce and simmer for about 15 minutes. Add tomatoes, tomato juice and chili beans. Simmer for 1-2 hours. Serve hot with crackers.
