3 lbs. corned beef
3 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. A-1 steak sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. instant coffee
3/4 c. water

Brown beef on all sides. Mix other ingredients into a paste. Cover meat with this and add water. Cover tightly and cook at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Baste occasionally.
