PARMESAN CHICKEN BREASTS 
1 c. melted butter
1 c. Parmesan cheese
5 green onions, finely chopped
1 c. crushed saltines
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper
6 chicken breasts

Use boneless, skinless fillets. Dip chicken in mixture and pat around. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with onions on one side. Shape chicken into ball with onions on the inside. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

This is great for company when you would rather be visiting, then cooking.
