CHICKEN BREASTS PARMESAN 
4 whole chicken breasts (I use skinless, boneless)
1 c. plain bread crumbs
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
3/4 c. butter
4 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Skin, bone and half breasts. In medium bowl combine crumbs, parsley and cheese. In another bowl melt butter, stir in mustard and Worcestershire. Cool 5 minutes. Dip breast in butter mixture, roll in crumb mixture until well coated. Put on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until light brown.
