PARMESAN CHICKEN BREASTS 
4 chicken breasts
1 egg
1 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sherry wine

Dip chicken in mixture of egg and milk. Roll chicken in Parmesan cheese. Heat 1/2 cup butter in electric frying pan at 300 degrees. Brown chicken. Add 1 cup sherry wine. Cover and cook at 225 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender.
