LEMON CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix (Betty Crocker)
1 pkg. Jello instant lemon pudding (reg. size)
3/4 c. Wesson oil
3/4 c. water
4 unbeaten eggs

Combine everything and beat 4 minutes. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes (9x13 pan - greased and floured).

GLAZE:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. orange juice

Poke entire cake with fork while still hot. Drizzle glaze over warm cake. Cool cake and refrigerate 3-4 hours before serving.
