RUM NUT CAKE 
1/2 shot dark rum
1 c. crushed pecans or walnuts
1 c. butter
Enough brown sugar to mold crust

Freeze crust.

FILLING:

14 tsp. instant coffee powder
2 eggs
1 shot dark rum
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. whipped cream
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Mix together. Place into crust, allow to freeze 4-6 hours and serve.
