CELIA'S CARAMEL FUDGE | |
4 c. brown sugar 1 c. sweet milk 1/8 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. vanilla Lump of butter, walnut size 1/2 c. chopped pecans Stir sugar, milk and salt until dissolved and ready to boil. Cook until temperature reaches 236 degrees. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and butter. Cook until temperature is 110 degrees. Beat until thick. Pour into greased pan. Cut into squares. |
