3 c. dark brown sugar
1 tsp. butter
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped

Cook sugar, butter and milk until it will thread. Remove from heat and add flavoring and nuts. Beat until thick and creamy. Pour into a buttered pan.
