SUNDAY - FARE PORK CHOPS 
5-6 pork chops
Onions sliced into onion rings (as many as you like)
Raw pared, sliced potatoes, about 1/8" thick (as many as you like)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown pork chops. I add a little water to pick up all the little browned bits and pieces.

Place chops into a casserole along with the drippings. Place 1 layer of onion rings. Salt and pepper to taste. On top of this, place a layer of potato slices. Salt and pepper to taste. Repeat layers if desired. Over all, dollop the cream of mushroom soup. Spread evenly. Bake at 350 degrees, covered, for 1 hour. Remove lid and bake another 15 minutes to brown top.
