OLD FASHIONED BUTTERMILK PIE 
1 (9 inch) pastry crust
3 eggs
2/3 c. buttermilk
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla

Line a 9 inch pie plate with pastry. In mixing bowl, beat eggs until smooth. Add buttermilk and mix well. Add sugar, flour, butter and vanilla. Blend well. Pour into pastry lined plate. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 1 hour, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
