BUTTERSCOTCH DELIGHT | |
1 1/2 c. flour 3/4 c. chopped pecans 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 3 c. milk 3/4 c. melted butter 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip 1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding Mix flour, butter and pecans; put in baking dish (square or oblong). Bake 15 minutes (no longer) at 350 degrees. It won't be brown but will be done. Cool completely. Cream together powdered sugar, cream cheese, and Cool Whip; put on top of cooled pie crust. Beat together until thick: vanilla pudding, butterscotch pudding and milk. Add on top of the above steps. Cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle with pecans. |
