QUICHE BRETAGNE | |
1/2 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. flour 2 beaten eggs 1/2 c. white wine 1 2/3 c. (7 1/2 oz. can) crab meat, drained and flaked 1 c. cooked shrimp 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Natural Swiss cheese, sliced, chopped 1/3 c. celery, sliced 1/3 c. green onion, sliced 1 (9 inch) pastry shell Combine all ingredients. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. |
