1 pkg. Stouffer spinach souffle
2 eggs
3 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. onion
1/2 c. sausage (you can substitute crumbled bacon, shrimp, chicken, etc.)
3/4 c. mushrooms
3/4 c. Swiss cheese

Mix the above ingredients in a bowl. Prepare 8-9 inch pie crust. Pour spinach mixture into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
