SMOKED BEEF SOUP 
2 c. shredded raw potatoes
1 c. water
1/2 stick butter
3 tbsp. onion
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. beef bouillon
1/4 tsp. celery seed or chopped celery
4 c. milk
1 can whole corn
1/2 lb. smoked beef sausage

Cook potatoes, butter, and onion in water until tender. Stir in flour, bouillon, and celery and boil for a few minutes. Remove from heat and stir in milk, corn, and beef. Heat to serving temperature. Salt and pepper to taste.
