COCONUT CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. oil
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can cream of coconut

FROSTING:

1 lb. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. Pet milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. grated or shredded coconut

FOR CAKE: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix all ingredients together for 2 minutes on medium speed of mixer. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

FOR FROSTING: Mix together all ingredients except coconut until smooth. Spread on cooled cake. Sprinkle with coconut.
