1 c. baking cocoa
2 c. sugar
3 c. water
Packaged brownie mix

Prepare packaged brownie mix. Mix together cocoa and sugar. Add 3 cups boiling water and stir. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour brownie mix on top of this mixture and spread as much as possible. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
