1 box chocolate cake mix
1 c. walnuts
1 pkg. pudding mix
1 pkg. chocolate chips or mint chips

Follow cake mix directions. Add dry pudding mix. Add 1/2 of nuts and 1/4 chips in a bowl. Bake 325 degree oven. Put chips on bottom of floured square pan. Pour on top of chips. After a while, put remaining chips and nuts on top of cake.
