ROCKY ROAD BROWNIES | |
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips 2 tbsp. butter, softened 2 c. Bisquick baking mix 2 c. miniature marshmallows 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts, etc.) Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom only of 9x13-inch pan. Heat 1/2 of the chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons butter in heavy 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally until melted. Mix baking mix, sugar, vanilla, eggs and melted chocolate mixture, then spread in pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows, nuts and remaining chocolate chips. Bake 15 minutes more or until marshmallows are golden brown. Cool completely, then cut into 2-inch squares. Makes 30 brownies. Submitted by: Penny Ellison |
