ROCKY ROAD BROWNIES | |
4 eggs, well beaten 2 cups sugar 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup cocoa 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted Mix ingredients together. Batter will be thick. Pour into 9x13-inch ungreased pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350°F. Topping: 1/2 cup cocoa 1/2 cup milk 4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter, melted 1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar 1 (10 oz.) pkg. marshmallows Cream first four ingredients until smooth. Cut marshmallows into quarters. When brownies are done, put marshmallow pieces on hot cake and pour topping mixture over marshmallows. May also add pecans, if desired. |
