1 pkg. (4 1/2 oz.) Jello instant chocolate pudding
1 pkg. (2 layer size) Devils' Food or chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips
1 3/4 c. milk
2 eggs

Combine pudding mix, cake mix, chips, milk and eggs in a bowl. Mix by hand until blended, about 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 12 cup tube or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Do not underbake. Cool 15 minutes in pan, then remove from pan and continue cooling on rack.
