CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lbs. chicken wings
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. lemon juice

Cut tips off chicken wings. Place chicken wings on cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil stirring constantly. Boil for 3 minutes. Brush mixture over chicken wings. Reduce oven to 350 degrees and return to oven for 40 minutes. Turn once. Keep warm in an electric frying pan.
