4 1/2 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. soft butter
3 heaping c. marshmallows
3 (6 oz.) bags chocolate chips
2 c. chopped walnuts

Combine sugar and milk -- bring to a boil (full rolling). Stir constantly and boil 4 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add and mix well remainder of ingredients. Pour into slightly greased cookie sheet. Yields 5 pounds.
