QUICK CASSEROLE 
Turkey or chicken leftovers
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 to 1 c. milk
1/2 c. uncooked Minute Rice

Cut meat into bite size pieces. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Place meat and broccoli in a casserole dish with cream of mushroom soup, enough milk for desired consistency and rice. Bake at 325 degrees, 45 minutes.
