STEAK CASSEROLE 
2 lb. sirloin steak
3 tbsp. shortening
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 soup cans water
1 tsp. salt
1 c. uncooked rice

Brown meat pieces in shortening. Add onions and celery. Cook slightly. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Put in a 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
