SWEET & SOUR MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground beef
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
1 egg

Mix together, form small balls, brown in frying pan. 1 jar catsup

Mix together. Add meatballs to jelly mixture and simmer 30-45 minutes. (Crockpot is useful.) Can be frozen without jelly mixture. Can be doubled, tripled.
