CARAMEL FUDGE BARS 
1 bag caramels
3 tbsp. cream
3 tbsp. butter

Melt in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir and cook 1 1/2 minutes until creamy.

3/4 c. butter, softened
1 c. flour
1 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix crust together like pie crust. Press 3/4 mixture into 9x13 pan. Bake 10 minutes. Pour caramel mixture over this. Sprinkle with 6-ounce package of chocolate chips and rest of the crust mixture sprinkled on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 more minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
