CARAMEL FUDGE BARS | |
1 bag caramels 3 tbsp. cream 3 tbsp. butter Melt in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir and cook 1 1/2 minutes until creamy. 3/4 c. butter, softened 1 c. flour 1 c. oatmeal 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt Mix crust together like pie crust. Press 3/4 mixture into 9x13 pan. Bake 10 minutes. Pour caramel mixture over this. Sprinkle with 6-ounce package of chocolate chips and rest of the crust mixture sprinkled on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 more minutes. |
