OVEN FRENCH TOAST 
4 eggs
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

1 c. evaporated milk

2/3 c. butter

Coat both sides of bread with batter. Place in pan, turning to coat with butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes or lightly brown. Turn. Bake 6-8 minutes longer.

Makes 12 slices bread.
