1 pkg. Jiffy pie crust mix
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Chill 1 hour. Roll out to 1/8 inch thickness; cut into shapes and bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool and frost.
