2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. peanut butter
2 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil 1 minute, then add the peanut butter, oatmeal and vanilla. Drop by teaspoon on wax paper.
