“TACO PARTY WINGS” IS IN:

TACO PARTY WINGS

Perfect for parties!

2 lb. fresh chicken wings, cut into drumettes

COATING:

1 env. taco seasoning
1/4 cup corn meal
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. parsley flakes

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray (Pam).

Prepare wings by first removing tip then cutting wing at joint.

Combine coating ingredients in a Ziploc bag. Add wings to bag, seal and shake until coated. Place on prepared pan in a single layer.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Turn over and bake 10 minutes more or until tender.
