SQUASH 'N PEPPERS 
Quick, easy, and delicious even my picky eaters love it!

4-5 summer squash, chopped (small)
1 green, bell pepper, chopped
olive oil
salt
parsley flakes

Sauté squash and green peppers in olive oil and salt. About half-way through cooking add parsley flakes.
