PASTA PIE 
2 1/2 c. cooked pasta
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. butter or olive oil
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded, divided
1 lb. ground turkey or beef
1 1/4 c. spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 green pepper, cut in rings

Combine pasta and oil or butter; toss. Press into greased 9-inch pie pan. Top with half of Mozzarella. Brown meat and drain, add spaghetti sauce and oregano. Mix well and spoon over pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Sprinkle with rest of Mozzarella cheese and bake until cheese is melted. Garnish with pepper rings.
