LEMON FRUITED CREAM 
2 c. boiling water
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lemon gelatin
2 (7 oz.) bottles lemon/lime soda
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 pt. fresh strawberries or 1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen sweetened strawberries

Pour water over gelatin and dissolve. Stir in soda, lemon juice and rind. Chill until almost firm, about 2 hours.

Beat mixture until foamy. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into individual dishes. Chill until firm.

Before serving, slice strawberries and arrange on top of cream, or pour thawed berries and juice over top of cream.

You may substitute lime gelatin and use blueberries for the fruit. 6 servings.
