LEMON JELLO PUNCH 
2 pkgs. strawberry Jello
3 c. sugar
2 qt. hot water
1/2 c. + 2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tall can pineapple juice
2 qt. cold water
2 qt. cold ginger ale

Dissolve Jello and sugar in hot water and lemon juice, pineapple juice and cold water; refrigerate or freeze. If frozen thaw until mixture is mush consistency. Just before serving, add cold ginger ale.
