PINA COLADA PIE 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. rum extract
1 3/4 c. Cool Whip
16 oz. pineapple (crushed), drained

Combine sugar, cheese, sour cream, rum extract. Blend in Cool Whip. Fold in pineapple. Chill at least a few hours.
