Favorite jelly or jam

With adult help, preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Break open the tube of biscuits, separate the biscuits, and place them on a greased cookie sheet. Pat each biscuit into a 3 inch circle. To make the sun design, use the knife to press the sun's "rays" into each biscuit.

Press your thumb into the center of each biscuit to make a thumbprint hole.

Drop about 1/2 teaspoon of jelly or jam into the center of each biscuit. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until golden. With adult help, use hot pads to remove the cookie sheet from the oven. With a pancake turner, lift biscuits off the cookie sheet and onto a plate. Serve warm.
